About Tuoxin
Located in Shou'an Industrial Park, Pujiang County, Chengdu, our 25-mu facility houses over 10,000 m² of standardized industrial buildings. Since 2001, we have focused on printing and converting pharmaceutical- and food-grade laminated films, PE films and pouches, and biodegradable plastic packaging.
An independent R&D center, a 100,000-class cleanroom and a fully equipped modern laboratory form our quality backbone. Production runs on a paperless, ERP-traceable digital system with over 100 sets of high-speed printing, solventless lamination, pouch-making, slitting and film-blowing equipment, with annual output capacity reaching RMB 100 million.

A 100,000-class cleanroom with a fully equipped modern laboratory; local inspection rooms reach million-class standards. Advanced RTO waste-gas treatment and heat recovery systems enable green production.
- Printing: Beiren 10/9/8-color presses with in-line quality inspection and automatic viscosity control
- Lamination: Beiren dry lamination and Xinshida solventless lamination with curing management systems
- Inspection: High-speed double-side inspection with full-screen monitoring for misprint, ink spots, foreign bodies, knife lines and color deviation
- Coding: High-speed offline coders for unique per-item / per-bag traceability
- Testing: Gas and water vapor permeation testers, heat seal tester, gas chromatograph
- Slitting: Up to 1300 mm width and 600 m/min speed, matching every pouch format
- Blowing & pouch-making: Dozens of high-speed film blowers and pouch makers for all common and shaped bag formats
